The CTIC, presided over by the AGN, held a workshop on December 5, 6 and 7 in Santiago, Chile, in order to identify the features and functionalities of the ODS.OLACEFS project and the new Olacefs.com website.
ODS.Olacefs arose as a result of CTIC’s KMS assessment, carried out at the end of 2017 and includes two products: A web application and an app for mobile devices.
The workshop was attended by members of the CCC, COMTEMA, CPC, GIZ, the Executive Secretariat and incoming OLACEFS presidency holders, CTIC and programmers from Chile’s CGR and the AGN.
The program included establishing the scope of each project, the functionalities, and the operational and motivational roles to encourage dissemination and cooperation amongst our auditors.
Thanks to debate and sharing amongst those present, labels were chosen to link the material loaded with each SDG, in line with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda.
On the third day, ways of improving the Olacefs.com website were identified, with the aim of improving the dissemination and interaction with social networks, focusing on strengthening and communicating the role of SAIs in the implementation of SDGs.
CTIC considers that these products will provide a new point of departure focused on ease of use, usability on any device, linkage with the SDGs and interaction with social networks.
