Teleworking is now a far-reaching reality in times of the pandemic. Now, beyond the individual impact, what happens to group work and communication? How can we maintain effective and comprehensive communication in work teams? This webinar will address the communication challenges that this methodology poses for those of us who are not used to online communication, identifying strategies and useful tools to maintain collaboration and coordination in their work teams.

  • Cristián Salazar, teleworking expert, Civil Engineer in Computer Science from the Universidad del Bío Bío, Master and Doctor in the Society of Information and Knowledge of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has participated in various seminars on teleworking and has directed various mainstream theses, studies, articles and research relating Teleworking with Human Resources Management and job placement of people with disabilities. He is co-author of the book Telecapacitados and founder of the Chilean Teleworking Portal and Exchange.
