On Wednesday, April 22, at 12:00pm Santiago time, we will start the Cycle of Webinars in times of COVID-19.

In this first webinar, called Teleworking and Mental Health in Quarantine, we will address the effects of teleworking on mental health, reviewing issues such as: tiredness, stress, anxiety, depression. Likewise, we will talk about the relationship between teleworking and family, and how to deal with work and family issues when they develop within the same space and time. For this, we will have distinguished panelists:

  • Julio Torales, psychiatrist at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, Paraguay and Director of the Medical School of the same University; and
  • Guillermo Gabler, psychiatrist at the Universidad de Chile and professor at the Universidad del Desarrollo de Chile
