We inform the OLACEFS community and stakeholders that, from July 8 to September 9, 2020, we will start a new series of OLACEFS Webinars to discuss the main products and activities of the Committees, Commissions and Working Groups and reflect on the role of the SAIs and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 United Nations Agenda.

The event is scheduled to take place every Wednesday at 12:00 (-4 GMT) and will feature presentations by representatives of the various OLACEFS’ Bodies and Working Groups, as well as various academics and experts.

We therefore extend a special invitation to accompany us at our first webinar of this new cycle, which will be held on Wednesday, July 08 at 12:00 p.m. in Santiago (UTC-4) at the session called Concurrent control and the application of information technologies to preventive control, a webinar where issues related to concurrent control and preventive actions to achieve the proper functioning of public work will be addressed.

In this session we will have the participation of:

  • José Oyola, International consultant specialized in the formulation and execution of 3E audits and adoption of good internal control practices in government entities.
  • Jennifer Perez, Advisor to the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru, Bachelor of Political Science and Government from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
  • Luis Portugal Lozano, Deputy Manager of Follow-up and Evaluation of the National Control System of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru. Master of Business Administration with mention in advanced project management from Universidad ESAN, Systems Engineer from Universidad Privada de Tacna.
