The SAI Performance Measurement Framework (SAI PMF), developed by a task team from the INTOSAI Working Group on the Value and Benefits of SAIs, was recently approved by the XXII Congress of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, INCOSAI, together with its 2017-2019 Sustainability Strategy (attachments). In addition, responsibility for the strategic governance of the framework switched from the Committee on Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Services (KSC) to the Capacity Building Committee (CBC), as of 2017, under the leadership of IDI.

As such an Independent Consulting Group will be created, made up of INTOSAI members, donors and other interested parties, in order to support the CBC in the development and implementation of the tool.

IDI will thus establish a unit in charge of the SAI Performance Measurement Framework which will act as the operational leader. For this reason a call is being made globally to recruit a person to work as manager of the unit.
