The Superior Audit Office of the Federation of Mexico invites the OLACEFS community to follow the online transmission of the 2018 International Seminar “Challenges of Anticorruption Policies: from capture to universalism in Mexico” of the Red por la Rendición de Cuentas (RRC), to take place on October 1 and 2, 2018, starting at 9 o’clock in the morning, Mexico City time.

The aim of the seminar is to discuss the strategies that have worked internationally in the fight against corruption, as well as present the pending challenges to consolidate the national anticorruption policy in a country with great challenges for standardizing strategies and generating capacities at different levels of government.

The keynote lectures and discussion panels will provide a forum to discuss the different views on tackling the problem of corruption.

For the third year running the seminar will offer a space for training members of the RRC about tools that help better understand oversight, corporate corruption, proactive transparency, the budgetary period and document management.

Planned activities

  • 1 keynote lecture
  • 4 discussion panels
  • 5 workshops on tools to combat corruption

The program is available in Spanish and English.

You are invited to look at material from the Seminars of 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017
