The OLACEFS Presidency, together with the Committee Capacity Building (CCC), cordially invite full member- and associate SAIs, as well as the organization’s different stakeholders, to participate in the Fourth Induction Course for the INTOSAI Regulatory Framework.

This virtual course has been held since 2013 and aims to help ensure a consistent level of knowledge throughout the region regarding INTOSAI’s Regulatory Framework, especially the following aspects: the importance of professional standards; general information on INTOSAI, its regulatory framework and classification principles; and the importance of the international standards proposed by OLACEFS.

It will also help to familiarize participants with the Initiative for the Implementation of ISSAIs (3i Program), and other regional initiatives based on these standards, as well as each of the ISSAIs developed for levels corresponding to the Founding Principles (Level 1), the prerequisites for the functioning of SAIs (Level 2), and the Fundamental Auditing Principles (Level 3).

This initiative is aimed at senior management, managerial staff, auditors, and the operational, training and support staff of OLACEFS member SAIs (full and associate), along with stakeholders (with prior approval of the Executive Secretariat of the organization) who seek to expand or acquire knowledge regarding International Regulations for government audit.
