Between September 16 and 18, 2019, the 5th International Seminar on Data Analysis in Public Administration will be held in Brasilia, Brazil. This edition will be the second that will feature international exhibitors. There will also be a live broadcast of the event, via streaming.

The Seminar aims to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices related to the use of data mining and analysis techniques as an instrument to improve the management and control of public entities and policies.

The event is organized by the Court of Audit of the Union (TCU) of Brazil, in conjunction with other public sector institutions in the country, namely: the Office of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU), School of Public Administration (ENAP) and Network of Innovation in the Public Sector (InovaGov).

This is an initiative of the collaboration of the TCU and OLACEFS with the support of the German Cooperation, through the GIZ, within the framework of the Project for the Strengthening of External Control in the Environmental Area.

It should be noted that technical presentations are planned during days 16 and 17, as well as the realization of workshops on September 18.
